Giant Round Robin Format: First round consists of groups of 6 -10 players. Every player plays every player in the group. You are seeded out to the next round based on group standing; NOBODY IS ELIMINATED. Top players in each group go to "A" group and lower players go to "B" group. Depending on number of entrants, next round will be another round robin or single eliminations. We will have Winners in both "A" & "B" divisions. This format allows for players of all skill levels to play each other in the first round and subsequent rounds will be more competitive. Be prepared for many matches; lots of fun! Depending on the total number of entrants, a "C" division may also be created.
Round Robin Format: One player advancing from each round robin to the single elimination rounds; except Open Singles where two players advance to single elimination rounds. Round robins are best of 5, except OPEN SINGLES where all matches are best of 7. Single elimination matches are all best of 7.
Rules: All USATT rules. Warm-up practice begins thursday night and continues until the competitions. 2 minute maximum warm-up before tournament matches. An umpire will be available, if needed.
